We do not typically accept refunds and exchanges. You must email us seeking refund or exchange approval at SUAVapors@gmail.com
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to SUA Vapors without approval.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any opened or tampered bottles can not be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient as this process can take up to 5-7 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SUAVapors@gmail.com and send your item to the office address below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
